Shipping policy

Our orders are shipped by the companies CTT / DPD.

Please note that our shipping operations follow standard business days, and as a result, we do not process shipments on weekends. It's important to keep in mind that most shipping companies also adhere to a similar schedule and generally do not make deliveries on weekends.

By Lau Pereira prepares and sends all orders within 48 hours after payment validation.

For orders placed before 11:30 am, we will do our best to promptly prepare and ship your items on the same day. Our team is dedicated to processing these orders promptly to ensure they reach you as quickly as possible.

On the other hand, orders received after 11:30 am will be treated with the same attention and care but will be shipped on the next business day. We understand the importance of timely delivery, and this approach allows us to maintain the high level of service you deserve.

Your shipment is handled by the company of your choice during the check-out process.

Deliveries are made to the address provided in the order form. The information conveyed to "By Lau Pereira" when placing an order is the responsibility of the customer. Please verify that your delivery details are correct.

Your order will typically be delivered Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 6 PM. The delivery company will send you an email and a message to provide details of the expected delivery day and time. (Please do not forget to provide your mobile number.)

Notice:

Delivery times are counted from the date of actual shipment of the order once the corresponding payment has been received and should be considered as merely indicative, as they are only valid when there are no physical or structural impediments, such as incorrect addresses or major events such as strikes, connectivity losses, weather conditions, pandemics, etc.

Transportation is a service provided by third parties and is entirely beyond our intervention and control. Subsequent risks are the responsibility of the customer from the moment the products have left the premises of "By Lau Pereira."

Prices already include VAT and may be changed at any time.
